What you need to know if you would like to cancel or amend a booking for transport

Cancellation and Refunds

All bookings are paid in full at the time of confirmation. If you need to cancel, you must provide written notification (email) to LLC. Refunds will be processed based on the timing of your cancellation notice relative to the scheduled collection/delivery time:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: You will receive a refund of the amount paid less a £60 + VAT administrative fee.
  • Less than 48 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be retained. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
  • After a driver has been dispatched: No refund will be provided.

Rebooking with a Cancellation Credit

We understand that plans can change. To make rebooking easier, we offer a credit for cancelled services. As a gesture of goodwill to help you complete your transport needs with us, if you had to cancel and paid a cancellation fee, you can use half of that fee as a credit toward the cost of a new booking. To use the credit, simply rebook your lorry courier service within 14 days of the original cancellation.
